Delay in Passport delivery

Dear sir

I had applied for the Passport on 13-March, in passport office sultanpur. All Police reports verification were completed with 15 days.

Sir 4 months have been passed but still i haven't recieved my PP, i had enquired through emails to RPO Lucknow Passport Office but they always give me unsatisfactory email reply.

I dont know what problem they are facing?

I had enquired from Sultanpur Passport Office, they had sent my PVR reports on dated 11-May'09.

I had done several emails regarding this to APO/RPO, but unsatisfactory result i had recieved from there end.

4 month have been crossed, so please sir it's my humble request that find the correct root cause and asked them to despatch my PP as soon as possible.
