DELAY IN POLICE VERIFICATION AFTER SUBMITTING PASSPORT FORM

Dear Sir,

We have submitted the following two Passports to the Regional Passport Office lucknow on 01.01.09 but till date, we have not received the passports yet. Their online updation says that Police report has not been recieved but report has already been submitted vide s. no. 85 on 20.02.09 :

1. Name: Mohd Aman Siddiqui; File No. LKOA00032509; dated 01.01.2009; Key No.6500032509

We would, therefore, request you to kindly look into the matter urgently and advise the concerned authorities to do the needful as soon as possible.

An early action will be highly appreciated.
