myself koushik bhowmik, from westbengal, jalpaiguri, maynaguri, jalpesh road

i buy two aircel sim from from my nearest shop

&

those are gramin bikash sim, and i year validity and a offer is given that they give me rs 75 in divided 3

i mean rs 25 after three months

but they canont give me any talktime till now . i tell thish aircel customar care again and again.

but they cannot give me this

therefore sir please help me
