Non-issuance of passportof my wife, maya Devi-file no -a091292/07

Despite constant follow-up and repeated reminders the passport autorities did not issued the passort of my wife and the message on nic information displaying since october this will be dispatched within a week. While apporoaching in passport office in january the authorities suggested me to submit the affidavit regarding non- issuanceof the passport previously, which i also submitted in march but the passport is still awaited and the latest information on nic displyed " either file no is wrong or information not available
