Delay in the process of passport delivery

I had applied for passport in 02 sept. Mean while I was called for one query which was understood by passport officer as a mistake which was actually not a mistake. For that I had to go to Nagpur all the way from Mouda, my permanant address. Still neither I have recieved my passport nor any effort to contact from the office. Please Help.
