Delay in renewal of passport

Sir, madam i am kindly to inform that my file no z956100-07 was given for renewal on 12-09 with all the doucement but yet i have not received my passport i have wrote letter even e-mail i have also send e-mail to head office to delhi but i am not any reson that why there is delay in my passport why I am an common person i have no aproch, i am not any celbrite why the common person has to face problem why i am not getting any result sir let me know . my add NARENDRA LALWANI C-98 SECTOR 1 DEVENDRA NAGAR RAIPUR CHATTISGRAH MOBILE NO 9827070000 SIR I AM WAITING 4 YOUR REPLY THANKS
