Non acceptence of passport form

Dear sir,

my name ia rahul adarsh. i am a student of MBA at SSIM hyderabad, i had applied for a passport under tatkal scheme, but the passport officer is not satisfied with the documents that i hav submitted though i have given the doocuments in accordence with the documents mentioned along with thw passport form.

i have given 1) My O.B.C certificate

2) copy of my bank passbook

3) birth certificate issued by Patna Municipal Corporation.

every day a new thing comes out they are saying that they want an O.B.C certificate with photograph but sir when i got my O.B.C certificate issued that time there was not of such a kind.

i have been running from nook and corner every day but not even a single person is ready to listen. SIR PLEASE TAKE STERN ACTION AGAINST THE PEOPLE CONCERNED

thhat is the only reason why we do not have any faith in the constitution of india or our ministers if our government has no answers to oru questions, and the people sitting at the posts are not ready to listen they should be taken care of.
