Delay in passport

I am vaishali vikas jadhav. i am applying for passport on date 21/07. my file reference no. D010452. my police clearance report submitted on date 15/08. last 5 months i am waiting for my passport. last 3 three weeks online status is passport will be despatched in a weeks time. last month i gave complaint already. if their is no problem then why not my passport despatched.

please sir kindly do something. i need passport urgently.
