NON RECEIPT OF PASSPORT

R/SIR,

I have submitted passport, wide File no. A004476/10 in the name of Shahna Akhtar. But till date not receive passport. Pending from last one year.

As per required documents by the authority for Birth certificate, i have submitted three times birth certificate copies by presenting in passport office and till the status shown that required.

Sir it is not possible to visit again and again to passport office.

Kindly resolve the matter as soon.
