PCC not yet Recieved

I Khadar vali sayed, working in TATA Consulatancy Services. On 25-Nov, I applied for Police Clearence Certicate. On That day they said " they have to send my passport & my PCC apllication to my native, which is ATMAKUR (Kunool dist)". They registered my application. i.e File No: M029606 . But till now i haven't got any progress on this. I want to know the status of my file and where it is?

I check the status in Online, it showing as "OTHERS". I really don't no where is my file and what is it's status.. Please help me on this. Iam really helpful to you, if you give the status.
