Passport office Thane is not responding the enquiry

I have applied for passport to Thane regional office. Till 5 May 09 the web site of thane passport office was showing status as police varification is not received (up dated till 2 May09). Since police varification was complete and they said they have forwarded to passport office, I checked on passport office Thane web site for latest status on 11 May 09. I now find that enquiry status is showing that" file is number (THN N004483) is either incorrect or information is not available". When the status will be shown on Passport Regional Office Thane about my passport? Till 5 May 09 was accepting the file number and showing the status. why now it is showing that file ref is in correct? What is the way to know the present status?
