Internet speed too low

Dear Sir/Madam

I have a aircel prepaid connection no. 9616068337. I have 98 unlimited internet scheme activated on it. But I have a problem regarding its internet speed. The speed is too slow, i.e. even I can't check my mail ID. It's take too much time to open any web page. But mostly i get a pager error message. I changed my handset too, but still i have a problem. The changed handsets are 7610 (Nokia), N72 (Nokia), Sony Ericsson K310 and now i am using Sony Ericsson K750i. I'm frustrated to this slow speed.

Please help me out of this situation.
