Delay to nigligency in information to the concern person

Dear Sir, I am pramod dubey my file no. is - A01635809,

I am very upset due to the nigligence of passport office processing

actually I have submitted my pic of pvr and for getting the that

information about my pic of pvr report I had to go to passport office

many times more than 5 times and this time I am in Allahabad and

unable to come there. I have submitted my same pic of pvr but just the

status is same. Please show me the update of the processing and the

date when I could receive my passport that is very urgent.
