My son pass port delay

Dear sir,

I Javid Mohammed working as an engineer in U A E and i applied for my sons pass port for renewal on 01-05 in tatkaal scheem and i belived it may come within 10 days but sir it is 12 days passed and upto now i did not recieve my sons passport, becouse i have to bring them here in U A E for their school vacations and the time is passing quickly so i feel strongly pls look in to the matter and do the need full
