Delay in passport Renewal

Dear Sir/mam

I had applied for the renewal of my parents passports on 23rd of april 09 . The status page show that it is in dispatch since last 15 days. We need to travel in the coming month, thus have very less time to apply for visa. Kindly look into the matter and suggest.
