Passport renewal
Passport (File Reference Number is HYD-L003632-11) not yet received after more then 6 months - regs

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Niraj Priyadarshi, working as a Scientist in NRSC (National Remote Sending Centre, ISRO, Dept of Space, Govt. of India). I have applied for passport through eSeva, Application Date: 26-03 and File Reference Number is HYD-L003632-11. But till now i have not received the passport.

If i send the SMS on 55352 status comes "Police verification is clear. Application is under process" and on web site status comes "It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time". Past 2 months its showing the same status.

I request you to kindly look into the problem and make the process faster.
