Poor gprs connectivity

dear sir,

i am a new aircel prepaid customer. I recharge 98 pocket internet pack. The service was activated. But i have the problem of very low speed gprs. I am staying asok nagar (LM: BACK SIDE OF GARUDA MALL) bangalore. The speed is below 1 kb, so loading a page need more than 5 minutes. I browse via mobile only.

I call customer care executive more than 3 times. Their reply was not satisfying. I tried gprs in brigade road and m g road. But same thing happen. I am using nokia n70.The phone working fine. I think that tower or ur server problem. So pls correct the problem suddenly. give me the reply of actual problem
