Dear Sir,
Greetings,
I wish to draw your attention towards the false promises the mobile companies give to the people. I purchased an Aircel Postpaid connection on the 5th Aug. I had also opted for an itemized billing system which shows the records of Local & STD calls & also the SMS's. However the response from Aircel has been very poor in this regard & I have received a couple of bills from their end which are not itemized. I approached their customer service on 9768012435 regarding this but in vain. The customer service officers too are very rude to talk to. I am feeling harrassed & need your help in sorting this out & also making sure that they do not cheat the other people.
