DELAY IN EPF&EPS ACCOUNT SETTELEMNT

Sir/Madam,

EPF Account: MH/6396/7799 - M/s Patel Roadways Ltd

My EPF & EPS forms were sent to PF office, for its necessary processing on July 13th 08, and even after completeing 4.5 months I have not yet recd the amount. I am inneed of the money urgently.

Pl take necessary initiatives to settle this account and help me to receive this amount at the earliest.
