Salary Pending for 4 Months

Dear Sir:

This is Antony Nelson, Son of Mr. S. Dass - Jeep Driver of Indian Overseas Bank, Thanjavur. I worked with Pathfinder Since from May 10 till April 24th and i had very good conduct and excellent Performance in my career. They used to pay me salary Rs. 18, 000 every month on 7th or 10th or 15th date of every month but from the month of December they started blocking and they paid the December month salary on Feb. of 2009 only but they stopped the salary of January, February, March and April. So i am unable to survive in Chennai without any payment since my native is Tanjore. So i started using my credit cards to manage and to overcome the situation thinking that Company will pay me one fine day but it has not happened. So I am unable to continue with the company and i raised my request of resignation they immediately approved and they didn’t asked me any notice period to serve because that will make them to pay for one more month. So they agreed my resignation immediately and given me the relieving letter on the same day when i applied. They said they will give us the settlements in a months time but that has not happened and now its almost 3 months left since from the date of my Relieving but nothing has happened yet. One more Information, Actually Some of my colleagues has been relieved before me has not received their settlement so for my safety precaussion i am holding the Company's Laptop With me I am ready to return back to them when they say my settlement amount Rs.65, 000 is ready. Now Its almost To much of Time has been gone I am in a very critical position since my dad met with an accident and his leg got fractured and he is hospitalized for a month and he need to take rest for almost 6 months time and we spent too much of money on this and today i am cornered by the credit card bankers and CIBIL and loan given bankers and am unable to take any type of decision. There is only 2 ways to solve this problem. One is they need to pay my money or I need to commit Suicide. That is the only way were i can solve the problem. Please take high priority and kindly do the needful.

Please help me on this ASAP.
