Defecation of slum dwellers

Dear SIr Madam,

I'm one of the resident of U&V Block, Shalimar Bagh. Next to U&V block there is a slum cluster. These people don't have any moving toilet, so they defecate in the green belt, which is located one side of the block.

In my opinion they are ruining the green belt.

We have to bear the foul smell emanates from the defication.

Please provide them moving toilet facility to save our green belt as well as environment.
