Not getting pocket internet facility

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have buy a 5130-c2 XpressMusic handset of Nokia made to access Internet facility but till now I can not avail Pocket internet facility. I have also visit customer care office two times please help me to get the aforesaid facility as soon as possible.
