Problem not solved from last 22 days

My sms is not going to a particular number.i have complained to aircel customer care about these but from last 22 days they are telling to wait, 2 times complain no they have given to me but still i m facing same problem.my problem is not solved from last 22 days.daily i call customer care they are telling still to wait and last day they told that there senior will call to me but still i m waiting no seniors have call me up.plzzzzzzzzzzzz take some steps against this company
