My Voter ID has been put for some other one

This is Anuradha Gupta From Kanpur (Uttar Pradesh), I have purchased an aircell sim card from a retailer Bala Ji Telecom (Mall Road) 1.5 months ago & accordingly i have submitted customer detail form, photographs, my voter id copy as a indian residential proof. That time i requested to the retailer to submit the form detail carefully & he has assured me that he will do his job.besides it i do not use this sim regularly, i used it only for not more than 2-3 times.as on today 23rd October i put my aircel sim to my mobile & called to the customer care for the general enquirey of message card. They asked my name & they were suprised when i told them i am Anuradha speaking they awared me that the existing sim having Mobile No.: 9807201124 is in name of Mr. R.Misra & then i contacted to the aircel local customer care office they also told me the same information. I am so worried that if my no. is alloted in others name then who is alloted to the number on my voters id & name. Is there any procedure to know the information & to get recover from this problem, pls. pls. help me, i am so heplless at this time???
