Insisting to purchase their product

Hello,

i am using my cooking gas supplied by paul gas agency (HP) dumdum, kolkata, westbengal.recently i went for booking, all of a sudden they refused to accept my booking.reason is that, i am not using the gas pipe approved by them only.unless i purchase their mentioned gas pipe i wont get the next gas cylinder.i refused to buy it at first &had a lot of altercation with them.but finding no other way i surrendered to them.they gave me a chance to pay the amount one month later.but i have to sign on the purchase bill right at the spot & kept with them.they will give it to me on delivery of that pipe later.

now i want to know, is it a sort of extortion or a offense of customer harassment?

can i take legal action on this company about the incident?

please suggest me what should be my next step to stop such activity.
