Poor maintanence of bus

This is warn people traveling by buses of Paulo travels. I took the Paulo travels bus # 7700 that runs between Bangalore and Goa in early Sept, 08. This bus is a 2 2 sleeper bus with another 16 seats.

I have never seen a bus as terrible as this one. The bus was infested with roaches (cockroaches). The beds and seats were all torn and you could see cockroaches of different sizes marching in and out of it. Roaches were falling on peoples head from the ceiling while they were sleeping. To add to all this, the bus stops in the middle of the road for a restroom break. When some of us got down to use the bathroom, there was none to be seen, the conductor asked gents to take a leak on the left side of the road and asked the ladies to go to the right side.

I am pretty sure that each and every person who took this bus would never travel by Paulo travels again. I went to Paulo head office in Goa to lodge a complaint and they were least bothered with it.

So folks, before you get your tickets from Paulo travels... think again or at least make sure that you check the condition of the bus that you would be put into.
