I M not satisfied with the behaviour of my srevice provide

Dear sir / Mam,

I Pawan sharma was using the IDEA Mob. No. 985507127 from last 4 years. My service provider Suddenly stopped my incoming and outgoing facility by saying that the rent of two no s that is Rs. 260 Peanding twords you which was booked by you. But the fact is that, the no s about which my srevice provider stopped my incoming and outgoing stopped was never accivated and no verification did by the company. So i want that the rent of two no s will be wave off and the incoming and outgoing facility will be activated.
