IFB W/M not repaired properly

Dear Sri,

This is with reference to you earlier complaint to IFB customer care regarding IFB W/M 5k Elight, which was not working properly and it was giving more wrinkles after wash. The same was inform to them and they took our m/c to factory and returned after week saying that they have changes something. But to our surprise it worked just for a 2 week or so. Again the problem continued, so we started complaining on the same with customer care of IFB. They were sending some body who says the thormostat has gone and replaced 2 times. Now they are avoiding to visit our place.

Please see that my problem is solved immediately. We even to try to contact top people but not luck we could not get anybody's no.
