Calls from Aircel marketting people

Im using Karnataka Aircel number (9738169402). I have already enabled DND (Do not disturb service) 3 months back, but still getting dialler tone calls from Aircel marketting people atleast 8 times/day. Almost everyday I used to call customer service and talk to one of the supervisors (Naveen Balakrishan) regarding this, but not getting proper response and still facing the same problem.
