No parking charges chart or form

Dear Sir/Mam,

This is with regards to a Pay and Parking service outside Malad station (west). Opposite M M Mithaiwala and the Hanuman Temple.

Over there there are two people; one is called Panditji and one is called Mulla. These two people charge very randomly for bike parking. They have a receipt which has no proper information and has a charge of Rs. 16 printed on it and then they charge Rs. 20.

They say that Rs. 20 is the night charge. Then they charge separately for Day time. When you ask them to show BMC approved price list, they say that they have none.

Monthly pass they give to someone @ Rs. 250, to someone @ Rs. 300, and the charges can go upto Rs. 400.

There is no board put up for the charges, no details on any sort of document and no information what so ever.

A lot of customers including myself have to pay exorbitant prices.

Please ensure that there is some system in place wherein there is some information displayed, so that customers are not cheated.
