This is regarding refund for the failed transaction.

I have received following message on my mobile number.

"Sorry, we could not complete the recharge request of Rs. 98 for mobile number 9406941086. The Order Number is 4234538."

Its written on the website "Instant Refund Initiation", but still have not received refund.
