SIGNAL PROBLEM, PROBLEM WITH POCKET INTERNET

I can't access pocket internet on my mobile, i'm having the settings, i'm in roaming now. I had recharged my mobile with Rs97 for pocket internet but i can't access the network, would you please try to correct the network or could you fefund the money as talk time, i didn't use iteven once. I can't check the balence also.

Please take necessory action for this.
