Deducting balnce unnecessarily

I have a aircel sim of Siliguri (in West Bengal). The problem is each time I have balance more than 30.00 INR they deduct Rs.30 right away. I tried complaining to Aircel Customer Care but they literally LIE that I have taken some sort of value added services that’s why they have deducted my balance. But I haven’t. If it is really so then why they deduct my balance only when I have balance more than 30.00. Today is the 4th time they have done this and when I am talk to a customer care officer nobody is taking my call.
