Alance deduction from main balance

Hi sir, my name is saurabh yadav and my mobile no. is 9808112997. today (30-11-09) a call come from the no.- 57000 in receive it without see it's number then i cut it then after sometime i have lost Rs.-30 from my main balance. my balance was Rs.-112 before after receiving call my balance was Rs.- 82 . i did not activate any service then why my balance is deducted. please transfer my 30 rupees in my balance i m very thankful to you.
