Waiting even after more then 2 mnths

My Passport No. is E1365530, which I submitted for PCC for Australia on 29-05. The file no. is JAL B010391. My visa is getting delayed just because of my passport, the Visa officer need to see my Passport before granting me Visa. I am in real trouble just because of this PCC and please take into notice that my PCC is being done second time because earlier one was expired.

Kindly Help me getting my Passport. I will b very thankful to u.
