Extortion of money by threatening not to issue boarding pass to students

My son and my nephew were travelling by Indigo flight no. 6E 275 on 14.3.2009 to Bangaluru There seats number were 24A & 24B. It a complain regarding for Mr. Saurav Mohan Dhar who was asked by my son Hari Harlalka along with my nephew Kisan Agarwal, that they are going to study so have some extra eatables please allow to take them as we are two and the excess luggage is 5 kgs. but the person was so rude, non-cooperative that even on requests he threatened those students of 15 years that you know I can detain you and will not issue boarding pass and will offload you from the craft. When my son asked the name of Mr. Saurav from the fellow personel of the indigo flight this fellow stand in front of them and said write full name Saurav Mohan Dhar.

Is this a way to handle the students at the airport at Kolkata. If any student will not have the money what they will do just come back. Low priced aircrafts doesn't mean they can go for all these way to earn money and do all sorts of things like that, and also these type of staffs??? the starting point of the students was greeted so badly. We are frequent fliers and such things happen of some excess baggage but are resolved by the staffs but this type of non cooperation and again the rudeness of staff is found only in Kolkata staff of Indigo and no where in Banglore or Chennai or even Hyderabad.

My son and nephew had to pay 500.00 and were very sorry for such misbehave of ground staff and its arrogance. I think this will make other persons travelling through Indigo to check that you are not a slight excessive or you will be humilated at the Airport, which has been taught to them for raising money showing that we are cheap flights. They narrated me and I have immediately wrote it on this forum. I think till time the flight has yet not started or takeoff.
