This has reference to the above subject. Reliance has retained its market reputation in our area and this outcome is primarily due to attractive schemes launched by the company, product attributes and more importantly rigorous marketing efforts at all the levels. We have been able to achieve the targets by alluring the customers with various additional scheme launched by the Company. And as a matter of fact these sweeteners have worked successfully in our market. This has resulted in increased billing / usage by our existing customers as well as the getting new connections in the competitive market scenario

However, it is sad to mention that the promises on the schemes / incentives / sops made by Reliance to its end users have not been kept irrespective of their fulfillment. As a result of which the stakeholders in the supply chain below the LBA i.e the end users and FOS are loosing interest in the business. We the LBA being the single point contact are loosing our reputation in the market and our Market Credibility is at stake. And more importantly this signals in the market are begin quietly observed by our competitors in the market which may result is loosing our clientele. However, it may be accepted that in this market the Reliance as a whole may loose it market credibility in times to come.

Keeping all the above in view we request you in my folding hand to kindly consider the following which you (reliance) have committed :

1.Here i had given details of my 9 pco customer in the attached file, till the date big tv was not install, i had given several mail, call to different level no result found.

2.one of my customer till the date not receive the set upbox only dish install his premises.(narayan mishra, at-bramhanabal, dhaneswar chowk, jajpur road, orissa, phno-977701657).

Sir Here i am requesting you please do the needfull as early as possibel we are not in a position to listen any clarification
