Wrong judgement without hearing by the court

Dear Sir,

My nephew who was working in Agra without registering his firm was supplying machines in Agra. In 1998 he supplied one STD PCO machine to Mr. Sohan veer in Firozabad which in the time of warranty get faulted so that party has suited the case in which he made us (might he told him that he takes the machines from us Gwalior) and CPD co. as a party. In las 2005 when my nephew get escaped and they r unable to laocte him notice start coming to us and since we were in business and we dont have time for headche so we went there and settled case by giving another machine, 7K rs battery and a phone to the party and got a letter. Now again he filed a case that new m/c is not working and pay me 2- and harrasing us. Due the judge might be in favour of the party due to he is gunda's from local, even we have not supplied nor we gave the bill and unnecessary we r suffering due to wrong judgement pls. anyone there who can help us and guide us. UP court and their judges r really I have not seen. Even he did't produced any technical report even judge himeself knows that he is wrong but due to local body and corruption pls help us. In new case even he did'd discussed for the original accused only we and co. r the parties and in manually he cut the name from the notice and court how is they r accepting is big question mark. Pls. suggest and help us fast.
