Slow processing

I have applied for home loan more than one month back. The property is in the name of my father C.P. Gupta and he is retired govt. servant. I am working as Manager in PDCOR ltd which is Govt. of Rajasthan and IL&FS JV. I paid Rs 2K in the name of LICHF and has been debited from my account. Till date, there is no response from anybody. Even i donot know the file no. as the agent is also non- reponsive. If this is the working style, i am sorry to say that this is not all professional attitute. I request you to take action and if not, return my Rs 2K. I have various other options.
