Not lifting the phones for booking of LPG

For the last one week I have been trying over telephone to contact the concerned suppliers. The rings are going on but no body is bothering to lift the phones for the reason best known to them. In the circumstances, I have got booked the Cylander on 18.03.2010 at 1260 vide register no.60, but to no avail. Incidentally, home delivery-man of the firm told me that it will not serve the purpose and I have to go to the agency personally for booking. He told that telephones are out of order since long. You would appreciate much inconvenience is being caused to the customers of this Agency. I learn from another consumer that he is facing the problems for the last over one month. Kindly advise the Agency to cater the delivery of the booking made on 1260 also at least their telephones become in order. They should also get their telephones in order urgently to avoid unnecessary botherations to their clientele. Sorry for the inconvenience. Sanjay Kumar (consumer no.
