Water bottle leak

I was purchased one litre water bottle at BSM stores at nanganallur, chennai 61, two weeks before, after started using the bottle, it started leaking thro the cap even it full tight closing, i complained about the problem, stores person said that is not problem and water will leak, then i replied to him this type of bottles has been used for more than 10 years that time no single drop leak observed. why this type product delivered what is the QC check. reply me to above e-mail address.
