Pearl set
Watch of worst quality

Dear Sir,

Today I have received a pearl set against my order no 5164205 which I have palced through rediff.com. I was shocked to see the quality that they have provided. the pearl set consists of a watch and that is of a quality which even child dont like to have it. This was the first time shopping from rediff and it is embrassing. I have also tried to contact on the net to lodged complaints but was unable to do that as it was showing that enter correct verification code, which i was entering was correct which was shown as HEWO. I just want to take any product from rediff and I want my money back. Kindly do needful.
