There is a dhaba called pehelwan da dhaba near jagraon, punjab located on Moga-Chandigarh GT road. They charge Rs.25 for a packet of lays which actually costs Rs.20, Rs.15 for a 300 ml bottle of cold drink. No bill is issued even on asking. Please look into the matter.
