Penalty against the payment, for which bill is not given
ICICI credit card bill not received

I have not received the credit card bill in respective month. After 2-3 months I got the bill with late fee and service charges etc. Since I did not receive the bill on time, how can bank expect to get payment on Time? Till date I have not received the bill against my purchase description (i.e. my original bill of the purchase). Now I am getting the bills with late fee and so on for which I am not agree to pay the late fee.

I can pay against my purchase only and that too only after getting the original bill from the bank.
