I need either to get the order or a full refund

I had placed an order with penbooks private limited, ernakulam office on

06.07.09 for Rs.5000/-:

it was a special offer and at the time of placing order we have to deposit Rs.5000/- and for the next five years we can take books or gift articles available with them at Rs.1, 900/- per year (i.e. Rs.9, 500/- worth books or gift articles available with them).

a month later when i wanted to check status of orders found that none of their telephone or mobile numbers in the kerala region are not answered and to my dismay now i understand the company have wound up operations. all their offices in the kerala region are closed. at this juncture i feel cheated. the company had accepted an order during the time of their closure without disclosing this

fact to the customer. i am really helpless and request your help in resolving this issue.

they certainly will have branches outside kerala.
