I have send my life certificate many time to bathinda and chandigarh office

last time I send my life certificate attested by our M C

but last month (jan) i resived a latter from bathinda office that your life certificate is

must attested by you Bank Manager. i send our life certificate attested both by M C and Bank Manger

in oct.

i do not recived my family pension from last jan - 2008 to till date.

so plz look into the matter and relese my family pension as soon as possible.
