I- mint is very poor service in delivey as well as in service, there staff also not known the status of the case whenever i call, i will have to tell them whole story from start to end, i orderd a pen drive by redeeming my icici point, but 45 days are already over, but i not received it, after calling customer care no. they told me that i already received it, after conversation with them the delivery address is of faridabad, & i am staying in ambarnath (mumbai), i don't know how the pen drive is deliverd in faridabad, as they alreday having my address, that proves there staffs skills and there working.

after calling them after one month they telling me the same that i receive the pen drive, before that i log a complaint already before 15 days but not been updated in there records,

why icici bank given them work for redeem points i dont know.

if they work like this, in this time of economical crises they will be vanished in few days
