I Gaurav Jain want to inform you that I ordered a product (Pen Drive Camera) on 09-02 from rediff shopping. My order no is 5187400, I mail several times to rediff customer care but there is no proper response from there. In my account I track my record but there is also a incomplete information of my product, there is no Consignment Number or AWB no. of my product, I want to know if it is dispatch from your side or not, or the problem in through courier service. Its too late for me I cann’t wait more now if u cann’t deliver the product me then please send my money back, I cann’t expect a poor service from you. So I request you send me my product or send me my money back, give me a reply urgent.
