Maturity proceeds of fixed deposit not paid back

I had placed a fixed deposit in the name of my mother & myself with mode of operation as either or survicor for Rs 15, 000.00 on 02/071996 to mature on 02/07/1999. On maturity, we wrote to the company asking for the proceeds to be paid back to us but till date we have not received any payment. We received a letter dated 22nd March 1999 from the company stating that they would pay 50% by 01/07 & the other 50% by 01/04.

But we have still not received the funds. If some body is listening then please help us to get our money back. It is our hard earned money at the end of the day.
