Atm problem

Sir,

I have an ATM card of Andhra Bank On dated 26/08/08 at time 17:07 I used the card no. 6272320363008852

at Andhra bank ATM having ATM Located at n/r bus station mancherial. I put the card in atm made the

Transaction for withdrawal of Rs 3500/- but I have not received any money due to some misfunctioning of ATM machine.

But from my account 3500- had been debited.

I also had written an application to bank manager of bank at branch mancherial,

But still now amount is not credited to my account.

I need amount urgent.

But the people are not responding in the correct way. They always saying it will close soon but nearly year crossed ' But how many days did a bank take to prepare or receive the report. I don't know how to call the instance of taking 365 days for the report. It is really wrong thing.

So Here I am requesting you to please Reverse this amount as soon as possible.
